One thing in KD didn't Rono/Virat changes his police uniform when talking to Rupkotha in this room ans then the neighbour incident happens in the same casual clothes. But as per the precap Virat is still in his uniform during Neighbour drama. Doesn't this mean that maybe in hindi version virat - pp talk won't happen??
