On A Serious Note

On a serious note I want to know about the meaning of "professionalism". As I am a student and since I am not indulged in a service sector so I don't have much knowledge about professionalism or professional behaviour. As much as I know, professional behaviour is a respectful, etiquette and courteous code of conduct behaviour in the work place.

In ITV too, the definition of professionalism will be more or less same. How a person behaves in a shooting sets, with his co-workers, with PH. Does sharing BTS pic comes under the professionalism? Or not posting pics with his fiancée is professionalism?

I don't support what the person did because I knew she did intentionally to rile up fans. But can't we ignore her antics and don't provide her with the requisite attention? We can literally ignore her and atmost create a criticism thread on her. She should not be given that much attention like a fly in the milk and we are making threads after threads on her behaviour.

Now, coming to the second part. The person did an entire Holi sequence with loads of romantic scenes in front of his fiancée and even didn't flinch to do that (as we have seen in BTS), still we're questioning about his professionalism? Is professionalism is limited to sharing only BTS pics and videos? There's a life beyond online and I can say with trust that the ML and FL share a great bond beyond the camera. Honestly, personally I don't like those on-screen couples who garner popularity on the basis of offscreen things. Your work should be your voice and not your PR mechanism. And I guess the couple is enough Famous based on their on-screen content and honestly, they need not to prove with off screen content.

Regarding, sharing BTS by other cast, if they're sharing BTSs we're getting scenes on screen which should be the matter, not what content they provide offscreen. Not demeaning, the other couples don't have that much romantic scenes but we're getting romantic scenes, which should be our concern. Idk I can't judge a person's professionalism on the basis of BTS they share. Promotion is a different department of the show and it's work is also different, which I don't have a knowledge at all. So I can't comment on that. Why are we hell bent on making things awkward between our leads by our constant demands?

Regarding PH they're absolutely wrong in calling fans (they should not have generalised the term) "low-life" or using the RIP tag but there has been the faults of the fan too, who are riled up from the Friday night till today.. you corrected that person, she didn't accept, you should move on. Idk I didn't see the need to indulge in a fight.

You're asking to replace the ML just because he doesn't share BTS pics isn't something making a mountain out of mole hill? As long as you're getting content on-screen, offscreen content should not matter!! And you can better ignore the other person, there's always a mute and block buttons in SNS. So peace out!!

Enough of ranting, phew. I hope I made sense

ML who is giving is 100% gave 3 back 2 back dance performances when he just recovered from covid & still is weak.

ML dont have any problem to shoot intimate scenes with other actress .

When this guy is giving his 100% why 2 keep asking to change him ?

What guarantee that other ML will do everything to please fans ?

I am sorry, mine is an unpopular opinion. I didn't find them giving interviews or doing shiv puja or kissing in their costume wrong. It is their life and if their employers don't have an issue, how can they be called unprofessional?

I am sorry, but it is not to hurt or offend anyone's feelings or sentiments.

I am a hardcore Sairat fan like everyone else.

We have all watched so many toxic episides and are still here.

They have just recovered from covid and have worked so hard to give us holi episodes. I didn't find him doing any compromise on his work.

I am happy as long as they give us good onscreen content.

I actually saw only 2 persons talking about another ml that too in a joking way as a new lead for sai. Let us not blow things out of proportion here. And about doing scenes infront of his fiancee, I don't see why he should be praised for that either. It's the bare minimum given that's what his job is. To do the scenes that is required out of him. Has the standards fallen so low that we have to hero worship someone for doing his job now?

I do agree with you though, the offscreen matter has been dragged for too long. People had expectations that like other shows the onscreen couple will be promoted via bts or the actors. Now, that we know that's not gonna happen ever , everyone please move on from this please. It's not worth being disappointed each time.

Few years back, when SM was not so much in vogue, ppl enjoyed the show to the extent it was visible on the specific time slot and were happy....

They had issues with the story An everything, but it was a more organized time.... The extra acces and exposure is becoming a nuisance than anything...

Back then, the person life of ppl did not matter anyone... But now, there is no limit for anything...

Tulsi for pregnant twice in her time and we hardly noticed anything from the show...

Right now, we just need to go back to that era and enjoy the show an chill... Make fiction in the section we would have liked things differently an simply bond with like minded ppl....

As long as they are providing us quality content, i would watch the show .
I hate it when they stretch the plot unnecessarily but you gotta blame Cv’s for that .
One may not like actor’s acting but we shouldn’t bother with what they are doing in their personal life.
I am not too sure about Aishwarya and frankly I don’t care what she does in her personal life . But yes , like every other human she deserves her space .

Let actors live their life normally as anyone would want to .

But I think people here are more frustrated with the #RIP toxic people and #lowlife comment.

Whatever said and done, I don’t think any actor/actress or for that matter any human should ever demean anyone like that.

If you don’t like someone don’t say anything, ignore but at least maintain the basic aspect of humanity especially when you are a celebrity however popular or not for that matter.

I agree... This is what I am saying... If the actress is making scene even some fans are making issue worst by asking to change ML and calling names which is wrong.... He don't have nothing to do with this .... More over I really don't think even other actress also have any problem with sairat romantic scenes yaar ( I am ignoring offscreen stuff and talking about onscreen)... All the three leads are comfortable with sairat romantic scenes and stuff... Unnecessarily with all this issue this might effect, so it's best to ignore her ... And njoy sairat... For myself there is no sairat or ghum without current actor/ actress playing virat and sai...no one can act better than them... And we have proof instead of leg injury and covid they put their hundred percent in their work ... So let's respect them for that
