I don't know why people try to twist the simple fact - most of them are not against Sai for getting Devi married but the urgency !

The issue is - what was the urgency ? World is not coming to an end in another 10 days, she couldn't wait for Virat to do a re-investigation, he just came back from his camp or whatever. Virat promised her for a re-investigation.

If Virat did fail again, the circumstances would be different. Pulkit kidnapping hppd bcoz Virat wasn't in the town, Kaku & gang will not dare to do any such act with Virat in the picture.

Any guy with ill intentions can come along, see her out alone on streets and attack her.

are you for serious ? People leave late at nights in my place as they wish. I live in this very country not in some remote island. I didn't support Virat not letting her in, in another topic I'd clearly stated - if Virat's intention was to not let Sai in, he should have let her in the house for the night & asked her to get out of his life in the morning.

World is not twisted as you might think. If as you both project 80% of the women are raped in India if they step out at night - no girl would work late nights.

You've conveniently left the women who work night shifts from my earlier msg. Are they trained too ? Do nurses, farmers, those working in call centers, BPO's get trained in martial arts or carry a weapon ? I genuinely need to know, why this sort of ghatiya soch - that you assume every girl is a prey to a man.

I mean virat being in town isn't gonna stop them from doing anything when he is around. They do and say plenty of things in front of him, so him being around isn't going to stop them from having kidnapped pulkit even if he was there. Yeah I agree there was no urgency in our eyes, and like I said, sai should have just given an earful to virat if he permits her to do so if even after everything he still can't see through that stupid letter or connect any dots of the letter being sent and then just have minded her business and given up on thinking about this useless family, but just in Sai's eyes, the urgency was seeing the extent that Kaku was willing to go to make sure Pulkit-Devi don't marry that she can even resort to kidnapping.

who in the world would leave for home in the middle of the night ? Have you forgotten she has a family, friends in the same city ?

Show me stats, which say 80% of the women get raped if they step out at night. I would really like to share those with my colleagues & also family members - may be that would make them stop leaving at nights.

lol ? who is delusional ? who thinks 80% of the women who get raped if they step out at night or who thinks the world is not as bad a place as its been projected as ? And we wonder why India gets a bad image in the outside world, when we have people like you in the country, why the need for others to malign us.

Virat being in town, they can't get down to criminal activities such as kidnapping or killing, whether they like it or not being a namesake ACP - the case would come under his jurisdiction.

I don't mind Sai giving earful to Virat for his poor investigation skills nor his inability to connect the dots, she's entitled to her opinion but that didn't give her the right to marry a mentally challenged girl without family's knowledge - here I referred family as her loved ones be it Shivani, Ashwini or even Mohit.

Nothing can justify her urgency, however you try to sugarcoat it.

Ummmm literally all women are at risk, especially in a country like India. You think women have not been kidnapped or raped when they are returning from work or anywhere. Just in Feb of this year there was a woman in Noida returning from work at night who was gang-raped. There was a very widely discussed rape of a girl who was returning from work in India too back in early 2020 whose name I can't recall. Am I saying they can't go to work at night at all due to risk of rape? No! I'm saying we never know what kind of person you run into or who comes across a woman who can commit such an act and take precautions, yet this family just decided to throw the daughter-in-law out of the house at night without giving her a chance to find a place to go first despite knowing the problems of women safety in the country. How can you use the working woman situations with as woman thrown out by her in-laws at night? That's actually domestic abuse by the in-laws.

naah that can't be considered as alone, as she went willingly ! This is what that gets me, people like to take things as granted & can't call spade a spade.

According to @swanlaked jungle may be lacking men, so that's perfectly safe.

I have openly bashed Virat for his dubious investigation, similarly I have bashed Sai for the present track. No sugarcoating around.

It's already been shown that Virat is not the most competent police officer, so just as his family members who were there in the house completely unaware when all this kidnapping rubbish was going on, he too would be unaware. He doesn't exactly have cctv cameras as a police officer in his own house that miraculously switch off when he's out of town.
