As far as show is concerned coc should be maintained by PH. Most of the reputed PH legally document them too. One of the ekta lead said it in interview that ekta mentions off screen promotion interviews in her agreements. Here PH is pretty new. So no idea about legal way.

Regarding all the questions you asked in last.. it's two way. How virat chavan know whether aiswarya sharma is a good kisser or not ?? Whats wrong in fans respectfully asking yamini to correct it to Neil.?? Why should yamini drag ayesha's name in reply? Why can't fans ask yamini not to use ayesha name in a convo which is Not related to her ?? In which angle it look like bashing ?? Which sane person will further add fuel to issue by posting a pic looking like virat pakhi kissing??

If you can't understand the wrong intention of aiswarya behind posting that pic.. then all I can say is you are too innocent to understand even if I explain it. So let it be.

@ Bold Word. The incident that is being talked about, no one was bashing Aishwarya or Yamini. People were respectfully talking. There is a diference between asking a question respectfully and bashing. Because Yamini brought in Ayesha and asked people to respect the offscreen jodi(which people were already doing), it escalated. Also Aishwarya unnecessarily brought in the I am used to this comment, when everyone was just talking to Yamini. Actors here are at fault..Whether one agrees or not is there prerogative. Fans are also at fault, but cannot say actors specifically Aishwarya is behaving naturedly. Targeting the audience started from her end when she could connect with the audience with her portrayal of Pakhi. She is criticised for not acting properly most of the times and she takes it. Oh i am being hated for portraying Pakhi, people dont understand my character and my acting.. I love to be hated. For me as a viewer her expressionless face spoiled so many scenes.

Nothing nothing justifies, #RIPTOXICPeople comment. Nothing. #RIPTOXICITY yes, but not people . Dont wish death on anybody. Neither fans should do it, nor the actors.. Many find her toxic as well.

PH is free to decide but no work place can violate fundamental rights and I don't think advocating for restrictions on fundamental rights is a good thing, until and unless it is legally drafted, I don't see the problem, ultimately it goes to PH and their employers, but what kind of management are we advising?

"Aishwarya and Neil apne kapdo me kiss karo"

I personally would be highly offended, if my boss was to comment on my clothes or my personal life therefore I can never support this kind of restriction where people think they have the right to micromanage and get offended at clothes people are wearing, Aishwarya posted it on her IG account, the picture is not morally, ethically or legally offensive.

We have society imposing restrictions on anything and everything but is our fight for freedom limited to a character? Like Devi has right to marry, society should not restrict Sai from studying, society should not question when she goes to lunch with her professor? Let's extend the same freedom to real people

Bottom line is that the entitlement of getting offended over someone's clothes and dictating that they don't post it or change clothes before kissing is just weird.

Why do you need such control in her life when you like Sairat? I can understand people asking for changes in characters and story but actors are not obligated in any way to change clothes before kissing so you feel better, I mean they can do it but it's kinda creepy

I understand Aishwarya posting it to prove a point which is pretty immature but as I said everyone is having on her, I don't feel the need to contribute to it therefore I am trying to look it from a different perspective

I have no idea how entertainment industry works or what is the norm there but if I kiss my coworker on my office floor even if he is my husband or boyfriend, I will get an email from HR within seconds about corporate work culture. I can even get terminated because of that. That is not taking away your/mine fundamental rights. These are called following corporate rules which are followed universally.

I think actors, cast and crew are going to make them look Victims only..PH as well.. Its only the channel that can warn them.. Had it been an Ekta show, abhi line par le aati didi ko.. Fans are also unnecessarily stretching this matter and Aishwarya in turn is gas lighting them. And in all this its the show thats going to be at stake.. Fans ka kya hai.. they go crazy for a couple and then maximum move to a new one..

Of course, every work place is different and follow different policies, I am in college, I was asked to dress in "decent" clothes, I wrote a letter to principal asking him to show me the rule which allows this kind of control over me or other students, there's no such rule in India, unless you sign it or it is written in guidelines, you have to follow the rules, HR can't make rules AFAIK

I don't advocate for such control but it's upto the individual, if you sign it, you have to follow it or you leave the job, as simple as that

Entertainment industry works on contracts, I remember FRIENDS had "no hook ups: clause, it depends on what your employer is expecting from you. Then there is organization like CINTAA to help PH and actors, I don't think kissing and posting pictures is against rules or one should lose job over it.

The actress is not a good one, if she was to lose her job, it should be for one expression in every scene, not for kissing, it just sends a very wrong message that a PH or channel is trying to control actor's private life

Chalo, too much discussion on a kiss, it wasn't even a good one, take care

Ekta is ruthless and there is a dark side to her .In the past, to promote her show she had asked her leads to throw hints that they were dating. Once the show was over everything stopped. They played with fans feelings.
