Well,I feel she is sure about her actions , as you said ,maybe even if she had an option where Virat knew everything, still she would have chosen this path.
But here,more than relationship, Sai and Virat are flawed ,I agree ,but they fill each others flaws. She probably feels that she is distespecting him ,breaking his trust. Cuz,he had said that he trusts her, so she is cheating that belief of his. And Virat doesn't deserve this for what all he has done for Sai, so she is scared of that here.

Because she knows its not the right way to get Devi married and she is breaking Aai and Virat's trust on her. She knows the trouble and taunts they will have to face due to her.
