Probably CVs have scrapped it.

Okay, I just watched the Zee5 scene that everyone has been talking about.

Seems like Atharva's track is coming to an end. I don't think there'll be any custody battle for Moksh. The last sequence in all these tracks is Moksh being kidnapped. So, if Atharva has kidnapped Moksh, then he knows he has lost the custody battle legally. And seems like this kidnapping track is the very next track cause all are wearing the same clothes.

I think it will be revealed that why Atharva came to AN, why he wanted Moksh and how he got a new face. Something related to those terrorists, most likely. I feel he needed Nal Emporium to cover up some illegal activities of his. And he joined some criminal gang 5 years ago, and hot plastic surgery.

The kidnapping of Moksh is to escape Malhar and jail.

High chances that Sampada may die. But I think they may also just show the bullet hitting her and Sampada surviving it, and leaving to go find Aparna.

Custody battle track has been scrapped.
