It is only when Raghav confronts Pallavi and she tells him how the doctor lied to everyone that she aborted her child, Raghav would believe her. And this marriage is all because of their families. Amma would ask rather force him to marry Pallavi while Deshmukhs will be make a rant of ghar ki izzat and all and force Pallavi to marry.
