Yes I am a foodie. And not just that, I am a quick eater. So half way through my food, I feel sad that it is getting over.
I don't eat food to satiate my hunger alone. I eat it to derive pleasure. Which is why sometimes I keep eating even though I have no hunger pangs whatsoever.
I have phases of binge eating when I eat a lot of food and put on a lot of weight as a result. But then my clothes stop fitting me and I realize it's time to lose weight. So I get on a diet and start working out until I get back to my original size.
The same cycle is repeated every year! I eat without any control from from Sept to Dec (festive season), and then I start dieting and workout as a new year resolution. By April, I am back to my original form, and till August, I just try to maintain it, by only occasionally indulging in sweets or junk food.
