No shoots on weekends

No shooting will happen during weekend lockdown - confirms JD Majethia | India Forums

They might manage this week, from next week onwards they would have to get back to airing episodes 4/5 days a week

Maybe not... it depends on the bank of episodes they have and how much they can air...

I’m glad they’ll get rest of two days with the amount of work they do..

At least the crew especially technicians, cameramen, spot assistants aren’t losing their jobs and can work 5 days a week to feed their family.. at least there is no lockdown and those poor people won’t suffer...

Even if they go to airing 5 days a week (which I feel won’t happen) it’ll be fine because we understand the gravity of the situation..

5 days is good they will have good rest especially for the amount of work they need to complete

the good news is none are loosing jobs and they work for 5 days which means good rest and more time with family members

the bad news is they need to prepare banks which means its going to be hectic and rushing

Maybe they will go back to Monday to Friday episodes till the lockdown.

Whatever will happen will be for everyone’s benefit..

see they have to air something on Saturday allotted time. They can’t start new shows...

so either it will go on 6 days a week as usual or it’ll be 5 days a week new episodes and Saturday recap of the entire week...

Thank god they aren't stopping the shooting phewww... I think they'll be able to manage... maybe we might get episodes from only Monday to Friday, but that's okay at least people aren't loosing their jobs and the weekend will also provide some rest to everyone so they can come back with full energy for the next week...🤗

The chairman of FWICE wrote an open letter to the CM plus the CM also spoke to different leaders of different industries and got an overview..

the entertainment industry is already on the verge of collapse especially since cinema is closed and no big movies have been released to generate revenue..

OTT is not enough and they need television to run... plus the minimal workers on sets need this work. Last time producers and top actors were able to help those individuals but this time even they won’t have been able to...

A complete Lockdown was and will be out of question for India. The economy has just started to recover another lockdown will cause severe damages which may take years to resolve

Yeah I think they should.. They will get the much needed rest and is safe also..I see now three four actors of the same show getting positive.. News does not come out about these backend workers..I am sure even they would be suffering

For now they have bank of few epis I feel.

Let them get rest acha haina , I don't think this will have any impact on airing on sat ,anyways acha hai in this way neither Industry suffer karega aur proper chain break bhi possible hai bas sab apna khyaal rakhe aur precautions leh
