Look, he's still in the jacket. I think his health deteriorates after Reema and the other girl leave from there. Then, Anokhi takes care of him and arrange T-shirt to change.

They showed earlier in the precap that Ahir comes there in the morning. When Ahir's at the doorstep, Shaurya is on the bed wearing the T-shirt.

I think she will ask Reema to arrange for clothes for him.

Reema will approach Ahir... He will land her tShirt for Shaurya...

And Anokhi will help Shaurya change it...

Ahir will be bechain for Shaurya and lands up in the room...
