Bases on the rumours Jiya gave I just guessed that it might be birth control meds.

Since Kallu felt really upset after coming back from the doc.. I felt Atharv is using this birth control meds to make her feel low that she cannot conceive.

I also don't think that the meds he's giving her are to cause depression. She doesn't seem depressed at all.. 😅😅

What irks is why Goda is dishing the meds. Kallu is quite capable of taking them herself.. 🤷‍♀️

That's what I feel as well.

But Sampu and Kalyani said that whoever is helping Athu is majboor to help him. And Athu is saying to Goda, don't feel guilty, these people are your enemies. But if she really wanted to help Athu, then why feel guilty?
