exactly, right! when i first watched pkyek, i remember skipping some parts of the diwali sequence but is baar pura dekh lia (even when i badly wanted to skip it lol) XD

i'm curious as to why Abhay was in the area in the snowfall scene since he wasn't a student yet, was he trying to get a closer look at Piya? 😆😉

• maybe he wanted to find more about Piya as to who's this girl he feels deeply connected to and can evoke a surge of emotions in him?
• or maybe he wanted to know why her face looks like Maithili?
• or he doubted if she's Maithili herself? i doubt this since he pushed past her lol. Maithili was a princess - she had poise and grace. she wouldn't be doing cute and naive antics like Piya enjoying the snow.

and why did Abhay pushed past her?

• was it hatred that Piya has the same face as his beloved? (he didn't want anyone else to have his beloved's face. that's normal though no one would ever want to see their loved thing/person with someone else)
• or maybe he hated how Piya could stir up so many emotions into him despite him loving Maithili. Piya was affecting him; he felt strongly connected to her. maybe he felt it was kind of a betrayal to Maithili(?)

also, Dehradoon mai ek hi college tha kya, "Mount College"? i get it Haseena mentioned it was the best in Dehradoon, but when Abhay knew Piya was in mount college, then why did he join it? he could've simply joined some other college. but no, it had to be mount college! it's just like, "you stay away from me, but i can't/won't stay away from you" XD

well, the connection between them was too strong; they couldn't stay away from each other, no matter what.
