Only since there is no restriction on movement on weekdays from 7am to 8 pm, they aren't calling it lockdown during weekdays

There are no social distancing protocols being followed?

People look awfully close to each other with just 1 layer of mask. Not being snarky, genuine q.

Here we have our own set of people who do as they wish.

Distancing seems like a distant dream here in Mumbai...at least they are wearing a mask!

Somehow ppl are just not bothered to follow rules. Dunno if it is bcoz the death rate is so low or what!

Social distancing seems like a impossible task for people here also.. they forgot that d virus still exists n they have to b careful

I understand that the situation is not the same for everybody. Not everybody is privileged to have a job and that too WFH. Daily labourers, essential services workforce etc have to step out no matter what.

My issue is with people for whom staying at home is an option but they choose to NOT do it. WHY? Parties by the dozen, luxury travel to beat boredom etc seem frivolous at this point. This sense of entitlement is just too much.

Hopefully the death rates, infection rates stay down. People with money normally don't bear the brunt of things. But for others less unfortunate its a rather bleak situation.

Yes it is very unfortunate! And most of the people breaking rules are the rich n educated but the price will be paid by the daily earners
