Kal ke shower sequence ke baad eik baat toh sure hai that ridhima is protecting vansh...she has got to know something which can either immensly hurt vansh or get him in danger..The way she reacted when he said aaj Angre marr gaya kal mai bhi says that she can’t have played with him all along till now...
