The only difference is the boy who is committed to her, a boy whose present she is never made use of words. He clearly articulated his deal in clearest of words. If his deal can be articulate why not his changed feelings? I agree actions are there and I feel bad for Virat but no amount of romantic gestures, mannerisms can erase his strongly worded Vada. Sai clearly told him why she still considers this a deal marriage- Pakhi is the reason. He cleared it to Pakhi but not to Sai, instead the next day asked Sai why can’t she extend friendship towards Pakhi (Morning of Mahasivratri) His non confrontational nature is doing him no good. Also even during Holi episodes when he was sober Virat was like Kya mei usse pasand karta hu? Only when he was drunk he confessed his feelings. He needs to muster up courage.

His romance, closeness for Physical intimacy is not a reason valid enough for Sai to forget the deal. It can be but only when deal and Pakhi confusion is cleared. When Sai told Tai she wants to leave after becoming a doc, I felt so bad. This girl is clueless as to what’s going on. Just like how Virat wants his actions acknowledged, Sai wants him to verbalise his feelings. Communication is more important in a relationship. I am not blaming either but Virats deal proposition is a big factor here

And please don't bring the excuse of she being 18year ya Pakhi, because she also now can see clearly Virat avoids Pakhi and don't bring her in between their relationship like earlier. And at 18 years, if not being experienced at marriage, she must be that much mature to understand that a boy is making a move towards him.

I agree being an 19 yr is not an excuse . She doesn’t behave like an 19 yr old , which 19 yr old plans to help her SIL elope with a guy or doesn’t confide about the kidnapping to her husband or her Maushi .

Just like how I can understand why Virat is not explicitly telling his feelings, I also can understand, why Sai is not able to understand whatever you have stated.

Even if she understands it a few times, she would dismiss it off and that is what is called denial.

It can be unbelievable for her and it is understandable.

I don't think she is able to comprehend that it is not the same Virat. Even, if her heart sees it, her brain doesn't let her accept it.

That feeding scene, I don't know how much of a problem it created within Sai. I would ignore that and can't see it acting as a hindrance.

His actions, that is where the catch is. She sees him as someone who is being very caring and also an affectionate person. He has always been a kind and generous person and as I said though her heart is made to think, her brain stops it.

Ego, I doubt it at this point of time. When she first said "I also cannot be your wife" or "this marriage means nothing to me too" or asking "do you think I am going to ever expect anything from you" I could see ego playing a role back then.

When he asked her after Pakhi left his house, "why is it affecting you if I talk to Pakhi" or whs he asked "even if I have feelings for Pakhi, why should it bother you", her immediate reply saying "I don't care whatever you both share or if you talk to Pakhi" statement was not just because of hurt but due to ego too.

I could notice everytime she acted out of ego, but this isn't due to that.

But today that spinless shit has crossed all limits by destroying my sairat's moment😡

In a post yesterday I mentioned how I thought Virat confessing felt rushed but today's scene where he applied the red color on her and filled her forehead was very telling - it wasn't part of a ritual, it wasn't because he had to, it was because he wanted to, whether he did it under the influence or not, that's a different matter but the intention remains. Very beautifully done and the "almost-kiss" scene that followed. It will be interesting to see if it will be played back when neither of them have outside factors to interrupt their thoughts and feelings.

A side note on Virat and Pakhi's interaction - one thing that came strongly across was that Pakhi's sense of entitlement, one that she believes is her right because of the "promise" that Virat made. Nothing Virat has said or done to date has broken that sense in here and I wonder what it will take to do so - it will be another interesting turning point in the story for sure.
