This is where his "umeed mat rakhna" plays a very important role. Yes, it was said is past but when someone has clearly asked you not to have expectations, a person will be made to respect it and also ensure they don't expect by mistake too.

As soon she accepts herself to be his wife, she will automatically start to expect things from him as a husband and she doesn't want it.

The usage of the word deal is a reminder to herself to not expect things from him. Even if she had ever expected anything from him, it would have been where she couldn't control her emotions and happened without her own knowledge.

Virat accepted the relationship with whole heart and said the same to his ex; now he's not a pendulum. But Sai is clearly still in the pendulum zone, she was. Like earlier too, she still is in that deal zone but behaves like she's the wife of him.

And please don't bring the excuse of she being 18year ya Pakhi, because she also now can see clearly Virat avoids Pakhi and don't bring her in between their relationship like earlier. And at 18 years, if not being experienced at marriage, she must be that much mature to understand that a boy is making a move towards him.

yes today i don’t think she got time to ponder over what all happened between them. i hope we get to see her reminiscing all these during separation and at least accept to herself that virat has become more important to her than just a mentor or a well wisher. this separation is handled properly by cv’s could touch our hearts.

i don’t think her being 18 yr old is of matter here. matter is her own feelings which are confusing her. also, today when he said that he likes her she was under bhang effect. i doubt she or he would remember that. but rang barse song and their almost kiss they both were in their senses and got carried away. but while virat has only that in mind and was worried probably thinking he crossed a line with sai, sai was not in a state of mind to think about all these. its like she is struck with the deal because it has been explicitly mentioned to her. i hope we get her thinking of all these during the next separation track.

all you said is true. but what i think is she can’t afford to think that the deal is null and void unless she has a clear indication that pakhi has no hold over him anymore. because by any chance if what she feels is proved wrong, she stands to loose everything. even now she has not seen him rebuking pakhi for questioning him about his relationship with his wife. we as viewers saw that, so we understand. but she has only seen that virat has a soft corner towards pakhi. as per sai, even after everything pakhi does, virat thinks that she misunderstood her.
