She has already been a superstar in Telugu industry for over half a decade before she acted in Bollywood. So yeah she had and still has the potential.

Decent actress ...always watchable...she managed to never be annoying/ irritating / overact in her movies which is gr8

Obviously is extremely good looking ..

I feel like she never got her due...hopefully she gets better characters going forward

Nothing’s lost for her. She was huge in south for a certain time and she is doing okay in BW . Yes she did not make it big and had potential .

But, there are many like her gorgeous and decent actress yet don’t make it big . So she is classic example ... the exceptions are actually who make it BIG.
