Nope dear.

Actually he dislikes her since childhood as her mother died and his mother brought her home as her own daughter and everybody kinda likes her more.... So he dint like all the attention given to her. Also he was misled by Ishani that Ridhhu troubled her and that's why he scared/bullied her when they were children. At one point he tried to be friends with her but then little Ridhhu got scared of him and complained to his mother for which he was sent away from home to boarding school I guess.

Now he has kinda developed feelings for her.

No... He scared her in childhood with blood. She is afraid of it coz her mother died Infront of her and Vansh used to taunt her.
