I think when he applied on Pakhi they were happy how much Virat loves his family and his brother

Whereas when he applied on Sai, they are able to see something in him for Sai. They all know these two don't share any relationship of love. And when without any love, Virat is supporting Sai, standing up for her, they are worried what will happen if he starts to love her.

They are threatened.
