I am loving the consistency they are show wrt to costuming, Imlie ki saree here gives me 80s ke movies ka feel and it fits in perfectly with how PD is shown!

I just noticed at the end of first GIF , a tunnel like thing . Is it the same location where bridge collapsed. 😆

She is all shy and embarrassed, the face she makes with lips twitching and her eyes showing embarassment and looking down, to the sudden change to reproach when Adi starts laughing. This girl doesn’t need dialogues she can act with her eyes, myriad sets of expressions and her body language. 👍🏼

Adi ka uncontrollable smile and laughter is also done so sweetly and then he tries to hold it, kitna mushkil se. 😆

Waise couldn’t Imlie have just worn the saree she had ? 😆

Again second one is so adorable with her getting mad at Adi and Adi bechara cannot control his laughter.

Lol at Adis difficulty in putting the rose in her hair. Kitna cutely he manages to convince Imlie that she still looks good . Chhoti si, cute si , sundar si ladki:))

ST here reminds me of Sridevi in Sadma ( just in respect to her expressions and body language)

at ST reminding of Sadma wali sri i see where you are coming from and why you are saying it yes her facial expressions are bit similar.. see this is why ST shines she is so offbeat in main stream.. she indeed is more in league of arthouse serious actresses zone but can effortlessly manage the nautanki and fun aspect too without being loud Ek dum Rare and new breed 😆

Lovely lovely GIFS☺️ The lighting, rain in the background added so much to the scene. The softness and thehraav that the entire scene carried thanks to GM and ST, made it just so beautiful. There scenes make so much impact because of the sheer simplicity ( which I believe is the hardest thing to do) in which its being performed. Its like even though its obviously scripted but when the scene plays out it feels so real.

Everything Adi said had so much earnestness and was so heartfelt, its like the real Adi, the one who is not pressured by any familial or societal ties finally got to pour out his heart and the hug just gives that deep sukoon wala feeling, that everything is out in the open.

The scene starts with Imlie being completely dejected that ‘rain’ which she considered to be her blessing has turned out to be the biggest dushman for her. It was the rain the other night that completely changed her life and it happened again. It was so heart breaking to see Imlie completely dejected. Imlie telling Adi finally this farce will come to an end tomorrow and then you won’t have to do this natak anymore. Adi ka ekdam soft sa naatak nahi tha woh sab was so heartfelt. Imlie replying by kya farak padta hai? Again I loved how GT emoted here, the soft intensity with which he said kya matlab hame kya farak padta hai? You could see the truth in his eyes there.

Adi realized that he was wrong in thinking this was a fight against right or wrong, it was actually a fight between pyaar and zimmedari. Lol did he just say that Malini is a zimmedari?

Babusahib asked for a promise to never forget that she has made a place in his heart. ❤️ Finally the hug❤️❤️ It felt like man ko sukoon mil gaya the way it was executed. The awkwardness and hesitation that Adi has holding her hand, the softness with which he pulls her towards him and finally the relief and feeling of coming home on both their faces. ❤️ The lone tear falling from Adis eye and the deep breathe he takes in as if soaking it all in, its like finally the turmoil that was raging in his head for so long found an outlet spreading the calmness within him.

He tried emotional blackmailing here, pehle with tum aati to achha lagta sabko gharpe, following it up with ab tum humse chhutkara chahti ho na. 😆
