I think dadi and riddhima are together in this. Maybe riddhima would have confronted dadi about her insecurities and to make Vansh away from mafia business they are doing this.

She is not an imposter.Its his Riddhima. And i disagree Riansh relationship was anything but not ransparent. Riddhima entered in his life with an agenda, later when she truly fell for him, instead of telling him about Ragini she ran to save her. Her intention was pure but her actions were dubious /suspicious / wrong any thing but not transparent.And i cannot blame her for that, Vansh used to b very intimidatiing and Kabir was there to manipulate them. Along with that Vansh too even after their mu was cleared never came clear to him. Only time they were transparent to each other was When they plan to run away in New York that too was a fake plan. I will happily accept if she is doing it for Vansh. Bcoz sometimes its not possible to share everything.
To a different note It can b Riansh plan from the beginning. That would b awesome.
or i presume she is under any deep threat / fear / imposition that she is not being able to share it. I think we should take the route of "Go with the Flow route ".

Double role mess up the stories...... hardly shows execute double story properly.
Season 1 was a bit becz of good story with double role of female lead but became too hectic n to move story further they ended up replacing the actress for lead role with another which caused ultimate doom of the show.
If Riddhima does turn out to be a fake one n actually there is double role then God save the makers from the TT fans wrath..... everyone is so sure of Riddhima being real as much as Vihaan being Vansh.
I don't think they have changed the role of Aryan. He still wants to kill her but then yes they are introducing a love angle to him. But then we all know ye tho Gaya because of her. He also needs to face betrayal. This guy needs it for sure.
Double role messes up but if perfectly handled they can end on a good note. See we cannot forget something that is this drama is thriller and plus Mafia. So in Mafia maybe these things happen. Where imposters come or do such things. So yeah if we are asking for it and when they producing the same - we cannot say why he couldn't identify and all those points.
But then again we do because we are not connected with the story we are connected with the characters. In season 1 Deep married every woman who entered into the serial and it was okay because people want to know wat the story deals with not with the characters who they loved them. Here they want to know what will happen with the characters than the story.

I'm not saying it is. But seeing a thriller show and Mafia - they can be a double role. Or else it is Ridhma. So we need to be prepared for everything they show to us.
However, whatever they show - the backstory should be strong enough to take the story forward on OTT.
Dadi - don't know, only she can tell and hoping to see why that happened at least by end of this week.
