It depends! I have mine turned off so I have to save the videos and photos to my gallery otherwise they are deleted!

and yes videos can be deleted from the sender if they say delete for all and my option of automatic save to gallery is not turned on...

it is a possibility! But I don’t know whether Sai has that option turned on or not
