This is a purely Shobith appreciation post.

I finally caught today's episode..

Ofcourse there were so many other nicely done scenes.. but I thought it's time to give Dear Shobu some credit.

This wonderful soul is just like his older brother, generous, kind, understanding, non judgmental, loving and puts everyone before himself.

How many times we've seen him face his mother's wrath and convince himself that it's just her way of showing love.. oh no dear Shobu you deserve way more love than that..

We've seen him become a man in love, crushing on his beautiful 'baidi'

We've seen him become a talented decorator/ event planner.

We've seen him become a dutiful brother, going above and beyond to make up for the irreparable damage he perceives he has done. But today I saw him being his visually impaired brother's eyes.

Shobith directed his brother's every movement and helped him enjoy Holi and in the end shed tears of joy, content and sadness.

My heart went out to him..

Big hug to you dearest Shobu.. there will be soon colour in your life, the "laal rang" of a mother's love will come to you soon.. it has to.

On a side note: I have not seen the actor playing Shobith (Abhishek Verma) in any previous shows, though I know he has been in a very popular star plus show.

I think he is a very talented and good looking actor and hope to see him getting more screen space

I still haven't caught the episode, guess it's time to do that. And yes, he easily holds your attention and those moments of vulnerability... I like seeing him on screen, and I hope Abhishek as well as Shobhit have a bright-cheerful-happy future.

Absolutely well written post... 🤗

Shobhit as a character definitely deserves appreciation. Haven't watched today's episode till now so will reply on the basis of the past episodes.

He knows that everything happened due to his mistake and he owns up to it. He is still on a guilt trip. He knows that Darsh's situation is because of his one wrong step and he tries to compensate for that as much as he can.

He is vulnerable from inside, breaking bit by bit and drowning in his own guilt... Still, he isn't letting that affect anyone else because he is keeping that to himself. He keeps up a smiling face and a mask of normalcy in front of everyone... somewhat just like Darsh but in case of Darsh, everyone knows what is going on in his mind and heart but in case of Shobhit, either they rarely notice or if they notice then they think that he is sad because Rajvee hasn't forgiven him. Plus the family and even Shobhit has full faith that Rajvee will surely forgive him some day.

He is just like his brother in all aspects... He faces his mother's wrath but still doesn't get angry about it because one, he knows that she loves him even though she is angry with him and two, he still feels guilty of that accident. He feels sad but hides his tears from everyone...

I'm sure, Rajvee will surely forgive him some day... and I'm just waiting for that day.

Pheww!! I guess I wrote a really long post... Sorry for that.

I really love shobits charecter. He is wonderful brother who loves his elder brother and the pain is so beautifully potrayed. He still has hope that his mother will forgive him some day.shobit covers up his emotions in front of darsh and tries to put a happy face.people like shobit are rare because any one in his place would have turned against his mother by now though he knows he has commited a accident. I have become a huge fan of abisekhs acting.he is a fab actorEdited by Rithika35 - a minute ago

Thank you🤗

You explained very well.. I like how you said he is similar to Darsh but there people know what's going on, where as for Shobith, he hides his true feelings, because nobody bhas attempted to understand..

I hope there is scene with Charmi where he bares it all..
