Just read your other reply.. poor kid,the muscles must be aching..the school needs to gradually build-up & extend the exercise exertion,plus the students need to be well hydrated.. hopefully,the sore muscle will subside in a day or two with sufficient rest..wishing her a speedy recovery 💐

Currently I am like the officer managing a gang of these wildlife. My life is in danger. just finished my meeting and i explained abt the risk of getting back to work so soon why this not right and etc and finally the mongoose, babboons, and chimps understand the reason. we are not vaccinated and infection can happen anywhere from sharing common washroom, going for lunch , meeting in a closed room etc. headache u know. now that i explained I need to prepare the deck for the SOP. gosh... the kids just got back home. elder one still slow the pain still there. but manageable. this is my role in office a wild life officer. protecting endangered humans from virus and my management who is eager to go office. i wish i had this kind of shot gun to shoot them from here🤬

Seriously, with resurgence of cases prevention is cure,no two doubts, somehow with passage of time, people are getting casual about the virus,whereas virus still remains as real as ever,here,the continuous upward trend is frightening,yet the irresponsible treat the responsible liable as halfwit people.
