I really do appreciate all the love that I get from the readers but the way some of them constantly hound me for updates isn't doing me any good. The only reason why I was able to write so much before was kyunki mujhe khud acha lagta tha itna likhna. Now it feels like I'm put under pressure to put something out everyday.

I know I had made the schedule but I only did it cuz I thought it would help me focus on all my stories and not neglect any of them. But uska koi fayda nahi hua.

I just want to get away from all this noise around me and just be able to write in peace again. I don't mind people requesting for stories but yeh jo baar baar updates maangte rehte hai, that's affecting me too much. IF mein yeh bahut kam hai, but on Wattpad it's too much. Hadh se bhi zyaada.

Ab pata ni kab lautungi. Kuch dino ke liye chali jaungi tab jaa kar log mujhe bhulenge aur shaant honge.

Arre yaar, tumse naraz thodi na hoon. Like I said, IF se updates ke liye comment bahut kam aate hai. It's on WP jahan har roz aise comments ki barsaat hoti rehti. It was starting to become too much.

Arre break hi le rahi thi. That's why I started making vids again. Different format hi sahi at least I was telling some versions of a story. Kyunki whether it's the written form or visual, mujhe toh bas stories sunane se matlab hai.

Exactly! Meine yehi baat aaj subah Wattpad par bhi kahi hai. Agar ache quality ka material chahiye phir thoda patient hona seekho. Agar nahi ho sakta then find a different story to read, preferably one that is already completed. Just because I'm kind doesn't mean that I'm going to let people walk all over me. My stories, I'll decide ki mujhe kab aur kaunsi update karni hai. Jab plagiarism ka kaand ho ra tha, meine tab bhi kaha tha. You all simply take a few minutes out of your day, leave behind a comment aur phir bas hogaya. Saari mehnat aur waqt toh mein lagati hoon. Dil aur jaan basti hai meri inn kahinyon mein. I'm not going to let people ruin that for me.

I think your schedule gave people unrealistic expectations 😆 You are a mighty fast updater but personal life bhi koi cheez hoti hai. Wonder Woman ho, Superwoman nahi ki updates girte rahenge lightening speed se.

Plus, those people are the best on Wattpad that ask you about the update and then when you answer them, write “update ASAP” the very next day Fir story dal do toh comment mein likhenge “update ASAP”. I just LOL and ignore.

Don’t take so much stress about expectations. You should definitely write when you want, update whatever you want and just enjoy the process. Aise hi dil pe nahi lene ka 😉

Idk if it was the schedule itself that was the main reason. People were damn impatient even before I had put that up. Again, on IF I haven't seen this happen a lot (at least not to my stories which thank heavens for that. If I saw pages filled with people asking me to constantly update, I would have lost my mind). It's mostly on Wattpad that this has been happening. Consistent messages on every story, even personal DMs asking me to update as if they own me is the main reason why I snapped.

I had kind of mentioned this when my story was being plagiarized. You all are lucky that you're even getting to read anything from me after what happened. If it was my way, I would have packed up and left for good. I could very well still write and keep all these stories to myself. It doesn't matter if anyone else would get to read them or not because they would at least be complete to me.

It's this entitled behavior that I won't stand for. You don't own me nor my stories. So don't go around asking for updates as if you're the one paying my bills.

Thankfully I've muted most of my notifications for WP and have limited my activity here. Mann finally jaa kar thoda sa shaant aur halka hua hai.
