Above all, KK has something Sonu never had. Strength and a unique texture. Even Udit and sanu have it but KK and Udit are clearly untouchable.

Sonu have something which none of them had .... a flexbile voice who can mold it to any genre ,,,, udit cant sing classical songs or even a song like phir melnge chalte chalte from rabne bana di jodi it will not suit him neither he had a flexible voice ....udit cant sing yeh dil dewana from pardes or a satrange re from dil se .....but udit songs which are majority of FLAT NOTATION songs with no harqat no technicalities can be easily sung by indian idol contestants .his version of khaye ke baan banaras wala was bland asha bhosle insulted udit for his rendition .....KK have range but dont have versatility ....in any case Sonu is ahead of any of these monotonous names like udit shanu they cant sing anything out of their comfort zones a similar kind of songs pattren they use to sing all their carrier

and for your kind information Suraj Huwa Madham was suppose to be done by udit but karan johar insisted that this has to be done with Sonu ...because Udit voice dont have such expressions :)
