A lockdown is certainly on the cards, but think they'll try and avoid a full economic lockdown as much as they can this time around.
There's seemingly information floating around that Mumbaikars will need a negative RT-PCR test to enter malls. I'm really not sure what this will achieve- might as well close down the malls in that scenario.
Technically, TV sets could work, but it'll take some doing. Perhaps arrange transport for every technician on the sets so they don't use public transport, keep wearing masks and sanitise regularly, and test them every 4/5 days or so. The greatest advantage and disadvantage of Mumbai is it's excellent public transport system- it's perhaps the only mega city in India where it works well enough that you don't need a private vehicle to move around (but in situations like Covid, it's a big disadvantage)
Ideally stick to one set- I think the KKB folks primarily shoot at the Killick Nixon studio in Chandivali, although I've seen them go to Malad too (the whole Prachi-Ranbir-Jai-Palak marriage was in a Malad set). For those interested, the main IF forum office is not too far from that Malad set!

People have become carefree so I’m not surprised with the cases increasing.
I feel they should lockdown for a week or fortnight to check the way it goes. My office has asked us to wfh itself for obvious reasons.
