If they make him understand his issues & sort out his priorities, comprehend his thoughts, then if he realizes he loves her its okay. But pls not just the 'Love medicine' 👀✋🏻

Exactly...hope Anokhi calls out his obnoxious behavior and anger issues on the show. She did it once but may be Shaurya sees consequences of his temper and actually have that realization would be so good. Hope makers address that.

Romantic Bg score and Marks on the body of female leads is the maximum effects of manhandling they try to represent.

I remember I was very young when I watched IPPKND and although I enjoyed but I would still feel a sort of anger inside me when ASR acted like that. But with SSO I watched here and there and I would go mad seeing him acting like that.

Still people go like Shivika Shivika...and I go like what is wrong with the audience.

And now as I watched Saakhi scene today, I blv that apart from that particular pull, where Shaurya grabbed Anokhi's arm and turn her around, I was fine with most of the touches.

Dont take me wrong.

Anokhi should definitely loathe Shaurya but today Shaurya was trying to touch only to make her listen which I know is wrong as well but if you notice his expressions carefully you will feel that even he was aware he shouldn't touch her, she is not appreciating it and that's where I see the difference.

The depiction.

Makers are trying to highlight the flaws of character instead of encouraging it.

There is a difference.

@bold exactly its like they are the flag bearers for promoting such behaviour! And there are never any repercussions whatsoever the FLs are rehabilitation centres and ever forgiving 😵

Which is why given the treatment and execution in SAAK my expectations are really high at the moment and I need to keep reminding myself that its ITV and I shouldn't be too optimistic 😆

@blue that does make sense because I did not pay so much attention to it but it definitely goes with the image they had set up for Shaurya in the Pre-library episodes he has always been vary of her comfort and even during the hospital lift he said sorry.

I gave up that crapy show and SSO the moment he forced her to kidnap. Shoved her on a bed and put his shoe next to her face. And they had the audacity to play Sad female version of O jana. Have never watched a Gul show since then and never will. Even Qubool hai.

Exactly, like even the FLs does not object instead they go around hiding their Marks and try to cover ?! I mean in which era are you living and which society are you trying to represent.

You know what, like If a see a show and its Gul I run far far away.

@Pink- IKR. We are sailing in the same boat trust me. 😆Like when I feel so strongly about this show, I have to remind myself that Akanksha It's just a show, a TV serial and you might end up disappointed . So calm down and enjoy till it last.

But then on the other hand I am like This has to rock. This can't let me down 😆

@Blue- If possible do watch it again. I did and that's when I noticed. And I went like My show- khushi ke ansoo🤧

And Qubool Hai - Puke🤢 I dont even want to talk about that.

Thank you for this post. I thought I was the only one who was like 😡 This sort of behavior is not romantic. The earlier Shaurya who respected boundaries was. At some point, I am going to question how he is different from any other man on this show.

They were on college premises too. I know things have always been personal for them but it was more respectful and always off of college campus.

Apart from the touch, his aggressive expression was a total turn off. I was disgusted with the entire scene and was just like WTF the whole time

if they keep showing this as the new norm on the show, I would not hesitate to stop watching it. He can be an MCP but that does not mean he needs to be shown manhandling. The Shaurya in the initial promos was shown as an MCP but not outside of his professional boundaries

This may have been a reference to professional and personal comment from Monday’s episode and I hope it’s addressed soon. He basically abused his power with Reema too by using the “i am the director of this college” card

But lately Shaurya is behaving like a scorned lover so it's totally in sync with his character. I am just glad she gives it back and shoved him too unlike other FL. I am not saying he is right. He needs counseling.

@ Bold

🤣🤣He sure does

High time he got one 😆

I don’t know what puddle he is raising in his whacko brain about seeing Ahir & Nikki together. Again😆

That looked like the last nail in the coffin 🤪

Allmost sealed it 😛

I agree most of it was just to stop her, but he definitely was aggressive while talking to her or even while trying to stop her... My concerns are that he was still being little aggressive there... Of course he realized that she was not comfortable being touched... He tried to calm her but in such case he cannot really accuse Anokhi on her character for letting Ahir touch her mostly to help her (and that too just in front of Shaurya 😆) ...

I loved how Anokhi pushed him away.

He is unable to process...it's like a computer error which only understand command in 01 01 and other code languages. If the computed stuff is out his system he is unable to perform any function and the whole system crashes.... he needs an updated bug free beta system 🤣
