Shaurya said it all.

Everything that one could say to degrade a woman; so cheap and degrading; I would never see such a man’s face.

He even borderline manhandled her.

All of the things which attracted me to shaurya, 2 episodes and everything goes out of the window.

We might make many reasoning as to why, what and all that. And I know for a fact that he is the shaurya which was shown to us in the promo.

But even, this is true that I could have never loved the shaurya in the promo.

It’s the shaurya that was built up in the episodes that made me love him.

So one thing is clear I will never be able to love him in the same way but i still want to give it a try and not lose hope. I feel makers know what what they are doing since it’s clear they wanted to show this from the beginning.

Also shaurya is not butchered the more I think about this; his masked misogyny was always present.

What I don’t want is anokhi being the rehab centre for him. See understanding him after knowing his past is different, but I don’t want it to become like he is treating her however he wants and she is suppose it accept since he had a traumatic childhood.

You know what is most disgusting is the fact that; one more aspect is that he is trying to blame whatever he is feeling for her on her that she is the one with loose character; That SHE is the one who is responsible for HIS feelings.

He is trying to frame it as such so that he doesn’t have guilty of compromising his ethics.

And ended up doing worst since falling for that student with whom you have a personal connection isn’t wrong but calling your student or any woman such names is as wrong as it gets.

Anyways both deba and kv were so brilliant.

Kv really made me feel the disgust and deba in the whole episode was too good like I could feel her pain and the way she cried hugging aastha was🥺💔

Idk ye, I didn’t think ki utna zyada dikhayege like it wasn’t even impulsive; it was a long scene and he said the same thing to Shaan as well.

For the first i was supporting Shaan, shaurya deserves it!

Yeah both Aastha and Shaan failed as parents and if they didn’t then he wouldn’t have turned out to be like this but even then it doesn’t give him the right to be a jerk; all of his actions can’t be excused as such and he needs to realise it.

He is 30 fgs, he has seen and experienced a lot, to be so immature to not be able to control your anger is just not done. Even anokhi being so young still talked to him with respect after all this.

I loved aastha- anokhi scene. Today her reason to do aastha mam jaap was proven yet again. Her teacher has always stood with her, always.

I know shaurya will change but hopefully anokhi is just a mirror not a rehab centre for him. He needs to realise (after he gets to know her past) that whatever he has done today after that there is no difference him and her father (the soch part).

He needs to understand her past too and likewise be careful, she is equally damaged as him; understanding and keeping care of each others emotions and vulnerability and making each other their priority has to be from both the sides not just from anokhi’s side and he can’t cage her. Protectiveness is good but being so territorial is not.

Anyways not giving up on shaurya at least till the end of this track.

Just wanted to rant since I am just so angry at him and also myself for expecting something even after watching the initial promos.

I agree with all your points....anokhi and arhir ka jo bhi ho.... Shaurya has no right to talk like that to her.....he is her professor and nothing more then that.... college ke bahar vo kya karti hai and kya nahi this is none of his business and he shouldn't be judging her for that....

For me ,in perosnal life, there is no redemption after u have said have said what u have said. I will forgive that person but not forget the incident. I will not hold grudges but will never be able to fall for them.

But this is me, and that is Anokhi. Maybe she cam and she will. i dont know.

Exactly, the first thing I liked about this show was that Shaurya does respect women and is not brutal with his behaviour to Anokhi. Now that very quality is snatched from him. He did all today, badmouthing, accusing her character, manhandle her.

But I guess We all were wrong when we thought that initial promos were misleading about Shaurya. They were absolutely true. Its was just matter of time that his chauvinism comes out to play. And here it is. The ugly, dark face of these elite people.😔

I want Astha to give a tight slap to Shaurya not as his mother but as a woman and Anikhi's guardian. He totally deserves it.😡

As you already said, What is more disturbing is that he actually is firm on his believes. Those accusations were not mere words of anger but his orignal thoughts. He said the same thing to Shaan on being confronted.

Nothing can justify him today. Not those long arguments people give about jealousy, real human character, grey not black and white, abandonment issues, nothing.

Hope a strong girl lile Anokhi does not forget this things like an amnesiac and start falling for him next day.It would have been real life not any sane peraon would fall for such a peraon who gave one this kind of experience. 😑😔

I am rooting for them not just bcs it’s a show but I firstly want to see how they are going to end this track, for me it should end With showcasing shaurya’s guilt and redemption on a very deep level.

Secondly, i want to see how they are going to go about bringing a change in his thoughts.

One thing that should not happen is all of this being brushed under the carpet and anokhi being treated as a rehab centre for shaurya. As long as these things don’t happen I am okay since they are dealing with this very sensitively at least till now; so I want to give the show a chance. (writers are damn amazing)

If these two tracks are at least satisfactory if not phenomenal, then I will be rooting for them wholeheartedly .

Nothing can justify him, absolutely nothing; if someone is remotely thinking to reason with his behaviour then I would suggest to watch the episode again and try to keep yourself in place of anokhi and then see how much all these hurts from her pov;

Nothing in shaurya’s perspective can justify him getting so low; not his past, not his jeolousy, nothing.

Agree with everything you said; even I feel they could have toned it down a little at least the manhandling part shaurya wasn’t like that or maybe he was idk though they kept to minimum but still.

So hell to the yeah for giving us a redemption which is of much bigger intensity than what he did yesterday.
