LOL I was just catching up on scene uploads and belatedly realized something.

Last time that Adi was in PD, he created SUCH a ruckus over sharing a room overnight with Imlie ki agar he spends the night in the room with her toh jhoot sach ho jaayega or something....lol matlab I think he meant ki phir their "nakli shaadi" will end up being considered consummated by people....lol

This time when Mithi said she's going outside to sleep and left the two of them alone together in the room/hut.....and Imlie told him he should go sleep while she will study.....lol he had no huge reaction ki haww I can't share a room with you, Imlie? 🤣......matlab I wonder if it was deliberate to show that shift in him ki he doesn't consider this "wrong" anymore.....or they just wanted to set up the whole Trigonometry scene isliye Adi ko room sharing ke baare mein hyper nahin dikhaya.

It was to show the shift in him this time usse kuch galat nahi lag raha as such caz his mind has accepted the fact and he is subconsciously acknowledging the rishta more and more by accepting things like ek plate se kha lo ek room main chale jao .. except sleeping so closely😆 he was trying to be at his best behavior with mithi and probably thought andar jaakar they will find their own space 😆 he was like OK cool.. I noticed it then only but bhool gayi post karna. Iss time he isn't feeling any of it as forced on him caz yeh uski marzi hai

LOL haan I think the same....they wanted to show the shift in him but they showed it SO subtly without any dunn dunn dunn music that it almost kinda slips under the radar, nahin? 😆.....matlab the plate sharing toh they showed as a "moment" that stood out....but this room sharing is also a BIG shift from his previous stance.....the epic SR confrontation isi topic pe hua tha that he can't stand to share a room with her cuz it will give legitimacy to the "lie" of their forced wedding.....even after he broke down a bit over Imlie's big speech to him in that scene, he INSISTED on running out of the room and into danger😆....Imlie tried so much to stop him, yeh phir bhi nikal gaya tha willing to DIE yet again rather than even share a room platonically with Imlie😆.....later on, when Imlie brought him back after the Dil se sequence also, she herself made an excuse to go sleep with Mithi and left him alone....that is how big of a drama he created last time over the room😆.

And look at him this time....aaraam se he was like yeah ok, I'll go sleep in that corner, tum padh lo😆.....it's a tectonic shift in his thinking.....and even next morning, yeah he felt awkward ki itna close aa gaye while sleeping but even then he didn't go as crazy trying to escape the place like he was doing that previous time.....uske baad bhi his main thought remained, "shaayad Imlie ko farak nahin padta so I should leave"🤣.

Wohi toh they show these big dramatic things so slowly in such a low key manner ke one can easily be like wait is it meant to be or am thinking too much.. wohi na his behavior after waking up was so normal too despite NN accusing them again he really didn't gave much bhav to it and was like whatever shouldn't have happened but ok well and continued with his usual business didn't made imlie feel awkward too sabke saamne. It had such a regular pati patni feel .. just goes to show how much difference does insaan ki aoni marzi means... dekha jaaye toh his situation is toh pretty much same he still has a biwi he is still hiding the truth guilt tripping yet this time his own willingness to accept to know whether imlie is bothered or no is making him push his boundaries and slowly widening his heart his personal space with imlie woh haq itna naturally creeping in caz iss time woh yeh soch bhi nahi raha about his guilt iss time prioritiy is different different take this girl back caz it is necessary for his survival and dusra I think this time giving her the zimmedari tag had also changed last time toh utna bhi nahi tha it came after the whole goli incidence and then moreover him trying to start afresh

Oh yeah, that's a good point.....last time his reactions were all before the acceptance of the zimmedaari tag.....so he was even more hypersensitive and khadoos with Imlie in PD last time.....lol

But yeah, overall nothing has changed in terms of technicalities....yes, he's still married to Malini, yes he still feels the guilt of hiding the truth from her etc. etc.....but what's changing is that he is beginning to accept the truth of what came before all that.....the truth that he is married to Imlie and she is his wife.....the truth that he tried to run away from for so long and lashed out against for so long......his heart is starting to accept that truth before his mind....that is what we are seeing currently....his marzi is his heart's voice telling him this is right, this is where you are meant to be. It will ofcourse take time for the mind to catch up, especially cuz the reality of the other issues vis a vis his guilt and complication with Malini will keep confusing him too.
