Yes, mainly but not only bcoz of that. He has been shown to be constantly angry, possessive and irritated. He is sarcastic & short-tempered with her. And of course the slap is the final nail in the coffin.

Though I agree, Purvi deserves to be slapped for the way she is behaving, but I cannot ever condone a husband raising his hand to his wife under any circumstances...no matter what the provocation...for me it is domestic abuse.

I know many of you feel that I am overreacting and any husband in his situation will do the same...I don't think so...I really don't think slapping is the natural reaction of men when faced with supposed infidelity of their wives...yes domestic violence is common, but not in the way it is being shown here

All I can say mansi is mukhi is behaving human...he is not a god to be like a saint and keep.calm when he can see that his wife is believing a creep and when he himself heard thw statment from his wife that she will not love him since he is her tauji age...

And yes not all men react the same way...some won't utter a word and just cry in loneliness some shrug it off and some go to extreme like mukhi ....he has faced infidelity a slap.doesnt make it domestic violence....

Mukhi is still a wonderful character I have ever seen in ITV...
