I don't think he knows about Virat's feelings because Virat himself doesn't know it. 😆

But since they got married he has accepted Sai as Virat's wife. When after the wedding the raasme happened, Virat was in awe with Sai because of her beauty and the way she stopped Kaku from leaving. That moment Sunny was in a teasing mode because Virat couldn't take his eyes off her.
