Because he always see her as miss fit, also Anokhi knows everyone hates her in his family. So I don’t blame her. Shaurya always was against her because she is Aastha student. In ragging fiasco also he said , I helped because I want to save my college image. From the day she landed in college she can see what that sabherwal family thinks of her, also she knows how he loves his Badi mom. She know her badi mom hates her.
