This is so iconic. I also loved her dance in Chikni Chameli

Kamli is more popular for other reasons... I think she was better in Chikni Chameli....

Agreed. Chikni Chameli is iconic.

Nah I think Kamli is the best performance so far cuz you can't take your eyes off her the whole time. But she has so many dance numbers that it's hard to pick just one.... and she's kicked butt in each and every one of them.

The only one that kinda failed to impress me was the Dhoom 3 song .... but I blame the choreography and the song more than her.... plus Hrithik set the bar really high with his Dhoom 2 dance performance. I wish he'd performed the title song alongside Kat for Dhoom 3 too ... thus, adding at least one watchable bit to that movie.😆

Chikni Chameli over Kamli any day, at least for me. The steps in Chikni Chameli border on the vulgar, but she transmuted them into cinematic gold. I don't know how she made it look so classy.

I was really taken in by Kamli the first time I watched it in a theater though and was low key obsessed with it for a while.

The moves of Chikni Chameli definitely look intimidating, especially those gyrations in the beginning 😆 and it shows that she worked really hard for it. Wasn't it a local dance style? I mean, she's aced all of them alright.

Yeah, she definitely worked hard and aced those steps.

But it's not just her dance in Chikni Chameli which I love, it's the expressions.

Kamli seems more mechanical acc. to me...I never watched Dhoom 3 because people told me to avoid watching it, it's a big let down from the earlier 2 movies.

Good call on Dhoom 3... it was insufferable! 😆 They should just continue the franchise with Hrithik if they must.
