mine is as well. But it's not a common last name so I plan to keep it ...unless i change my mind. 😆

Yes in middle name people usually put down their father's name. But if you don't want to that's okay. Can also use Mothers name. In Hinduism there is no concept of Middle name but since we like to follow the British system we are stuck with Middle names.

In my country we dont care about middle names😆

We have the official name (for legal matters) and a nickname (that which your family and friends call you, and it it totally unrelated to the official name)
