Actually I was also a bit surprised when she didnt tell Anya about Gauri's accident when she told him about Aru fixing their marriage. I had expected her to add ample mirch masala and tell him how Gauri isnt a good DIL for him due to it but she didnt say a word. At least she is loyal to her family and has a working conscience. The same cannot be said for Anya.

Yes quite surprisingly she was talking sensibly. This only proves that not everyone is entirely bad or entirely good. Also Appa going for picnic is contrasting his own statement of not going out during pandemic which he told few days ago to Kanchan when she wanted to go to Anjarle.

Filler episode. Anagha calls Aru (pre-cap- from yesterday). Yash tells Aru that Abhi was to meet ruddha prior to his meeting with Anagha. Abhi comes home and is disturbed and mad. Aru gives him space. Yash goes to Gauri to find peace. She pacifies him. He tells her Abhi is senti and indecisive. Isha is on the phone with that champak when Aru walks in. He is insisting on meeting the next day. Isha pretends to talk to a girlfriend. When they go to bed, Isha is still chatting with the champak. Next morning Isha is rushing to go to 'college'.

Pre-cap- Isha leaves on her friend's bike while Yash watches them from a distance.

While I do not like Abhi as a character I do feel sorry for him. To see your hero of your childhood come crashing down is extremely hurtful. First his dad turned out to be a cheat, then he chose an outsider over his family and now Abhi has to watch him reach a new low. He wanted to emulate his dad, become like him but I think he finally sees how rotten his father is. Beneath the veneer of a highly successful, highly qualified, highly paid man is just a selfish man who will sacrifice anything for his status & money. The first sacrifice was his wife, the next is the eldest son. How many more is the only question that remains...

And while it was easy for him to "understand" why Daddy dearest chose Sanju Aunty over his stupid, gawaar mother I wonder what mental circus he will have to do to justify his father's latest betrayal if he agrees to the proposal. No matter whom he chooses, Ankita or self respect, I am more interested in how he comes to that conclusion than what his final choice would be.
