In process from yesterday only, kind of working although I am stick to forum.... No repeat scenes In IG... Started watching friends again for n th time and one of old fav ITV series like NBTNMK , DMG, IPKKND ETC
Look at neil and Aishwarya bts and pictures, obviously you will lose interest đđ
Best way is to get hooked to a new show. Preferably one that already has a few successful seasons. I watched New Girl and re-watched Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Currently I am watching 9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lone Star too.
In Hindi TV, I am invested in music now. The contestants on this season of Indian Idol are very talented. The judges and hosts do too much OTT drama for my taste (and are very blatantly biased), but I usually fast-forward them and their comments, and focus on the performances while discussing and reviewing them on India Forums.
I am also catching up on season 10 of Indian Idol (the rerun) which I heard was great.
I'm also watching Indian Pro Music League on Zee TV. Truly amazing performances so far.
All of these have helped me cleanse myself of GHKKPM. I check in on India Forums once in a blue moon and see that the situation hasn't changed. So I'm happy I let go of watching it.
Other than that, if you're just attached to SaiRat as a couple, then write your own story and give the proper justice to the characters that satisfies you. I'm writing a fan fiction for my favorite couple IshRa who I discovered while watching YHM during the lockdown. CVs butchered their story after a year or so out of their obsession with side characters, so this is how I'm coping.

I think more of Pakhi on screen will do the job for me. Just seeing her onscreen gets me so angry and irritated. I didnât have this feeling when I saw RK and Sathya ( the counterparts to the original version ). For RK maybe I didnât understand the language but for Sathya I didnât get irritated because the Sai and Virat counterparts showed her proper mirror at times.
so more Pakhi scenes will be the medicine for me to get out of this
Currently following Shaurya and Anokhi ...give it try ...

Tried but I donât find the couple that addictive , was not able to get into it.
watching Imlie though . Itâs good , the way they are telling the story direction and shots are beautiful. the story is so so but itâs okay all ITV shows are mostly the same

Not successfully, but decently I have avoided watching this show for over 3 weeks.
Remedy :
- I read Neerja or Janaki's posts regularly. If I think my precious heart will enjoy SaiRat today, I watch it.
- Sometimes I watch even the toxicity, if from their posts, I think my precious heart can handle.
- Lusty-didi scenes I have stopped watching all together for a long long time. Her expressions and acting is injurious to my precious heart!
- Sometimes I have to watch her, but I end up confused or crack up because the acting is quiet funny.đ¤Ł

- Lusty-didi on screen does it well for me. It give this repelling effect. I don't have to work hard, I even give up on a good Sai-Rat scene if I see didi appearing
- Now, imagine, when Virat sheds tears for didi or goes all mussy on her or has a long conversation with her, I am the least interested. I just switch my serial to a real-horror show to calm down from the horror I just watched.
- This forum does the work that Nicotine does for someone who want to wean off of smoking.

- Many of us are in the same boat, so will support each other well !!
OM - Shanti!!!đ¤

I think we are all the same stage. Trying to give up the show.
