Yes, I agree about Draco Malfoy's character arc. There was definitely a better way to draw his redemption, that I felt through the movies. For Snape, since I am yet see him closely through the books, I am curious about what he could have done differently or what he shouldn't have done. Alan Rickman was so good with the kids, I couldn't hate Snape so much. :)

Snape was a kid who was bullied by the Marauders - well technically by Sirius and James. He used that and Lily's rejection as an excuse to become a Death Eater. Then when Voldemort announced that he was going to kill James, Lily, and Harry, Snape turned on Voldemort. But he went on to bully Harry. There's so much there that could have been changed.
