Also re: khoon-bhari-maang, the fact that it's going off-air on the same day N5 was rumoured to originally end (plus the abrupt way of ending the latter) has me leaning even more towards this being a deliberate self-own. Maybe they knew the time had come for the franchise on this channel, but for some reason they didn't want the actual Naagin brand to be the one destroyed, so they renamed it some shite and pretended like it was something different knowing it was going to tank. Which, a) I appreciate them pulling SharBhi out of that line of fire, and b) is haaaaaaarsh af on the new actors 😲 IDK if it is true at all but if it is, what a ruthless move 😲

The makers couldnt possibly have built their castle on our graves. Surely, the actors will get some other work in the Balaji camp itself. Especially the FL. In the meanwhile, they can bear the brunt of the franchise's failure. Sorry, Not Sorry. I wonder if Mukta knew it was coming or she purposely threw the show to its hurtling failure and then savegely gives it a subtle public sendoff. The thought is quite amusing I must say 😆

I don't 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ like you said, if they'd been clever about this they could have enticed some of the Vani audience over but instead they (or one of them at least) alienated them further by poorly thought out interviews and delusions of grandeur.
