What is a decent trp and how does it work

For a show like this on this slot..what would be a profitable trp for the PH and channel so that it can run...and when does channels gives deadlines ..I am clueless about trp system..can you explain dears

I have very little context. I’m also outside of india so I don’t count as much. But I can share my opinion - I don’t think the actual number matters as much as having a higher rating than other shows at the same slot. So if SAAKk can maintain a good rating compared to other shows airing at the same time, it’s a good thing. 1.5 might be a target. I think episodes that have done well recently have been the Valentines episode which heavily focused on the leads. So the family stuff drama may not help ratings, contrary to popular opinion. It’s still a niche show.

It’s not apples to apples to comparison since the time slot matters and shows at a good prime time slot will garner much higher raw numbers.
