Is there some kind of deadline for this show? Why are they going at break-neck speed?

TBH Sairat romance is also going too fast actually. The problem is we have so much of CN drama in between that Sairat track seems to be going slow. Most other shows have a lot of ML-FL scenes and they reach separation track only by 6 to 7 months minimum.
