No you are not wrong. It's sick to give young women mom roles. In earlier television days women even in mid-30s would play lead roles. And what about hindi movies and western tv shows where women of mid-30s play young roles?

Right.Earlier when leap comes young actors used to do middle aged characters.But actually I was shocked wen Parul was cast as Karthik's step mom.Still I don't understand why a young woman like her was offered this role.Even Naitik's step mom was young.She did a lead role earlier.But there is an excuse that she has put on weight.When Parul quit they replaced her with another young actress which was also shocking 4 me.In hindi movies all r playing yung roles.but in tv shows 30 means old characters.

Tab ki baat alag thi. Tab ka aur ab ka targets alag tha. Tab 4.0 TRP aam baat thi par ab vo highest hota hai. Aur ye network kitna bada hai uspe bhi depend karta hai.
