so my hunch is

1) astaad is really nice but family is blackmailed by shridhar . N aastad dies n girl is tortured by his mama n priya

2) astaad is not what he seems n he betrays the girl again n she turns crazy n shridhar takes her home n again gets baby from her n she is then dropped at mental hospital

there has to be evilness cruelty n tragedy

But why would AK betray her ?

Nothing in the show makes sense

I think they brought aastad track and Swati finding shridhar's backstory unplanned.

I also think Subodh must have told them about his unavaialibility at the last moment and they had to change the story drastically. Just a guess. But that is how one feels after serial has gone onto a completely different track.

And then they added a fleet of new characters and gave every new character a backstory.

And now its a full flegded Kekta-ish like daily soap.

Swati is showing signs of pregnancy...she is shown throwing up in the latest promo.
