Similar feelings to you Jiya. Even I feel that this SR is out of nowhere. And CVS of the show will utilize the confusion between Shera and Malhar with this SR. SRs are usually utilized for pregnancy tracks. Here, I feel Reem won't be fine with that, so even I feel there are high chances that it will be used to make Kalyani believe that she had her SR with Shera, not Malhar.

If AB is Atharva or any villian then his goal will be to seperate KalMa. And its pretty obvious that he has come mole in the agency that can slip him information. But the funny thing is that the agency doesn't know Malhar was Shera. So AB probably doesn't know that as well. Though Malhar may be forced to pretend that SR happened with Shera for sometime, eventually i feel like he will reveal the truth and say Shera never existed so its impossible that SR happened with him.
