Something is off about this guy. Minor spoiler again, but Kallu says in tmrw's episode that maybe they will see him again. So strong chances he will make a reappearance.
Also, one thing I forgot to mention. Commissioner sir said that because Kallu sent Shera to impersonate police officer, he has blacklisted Kallu from being a government officer, so she cannot become DM again. So another issue is that I feel Shera has to be Malhar so there is no case of impersonation and Kalyani can eventually get her job back.
