I did like it though the way these villains fell- it literally reflected their confusion over reconciling Parvatis face with this firebrand(the complete opposite to parvati). And so they kept tripping up because they were using the tricks they like have on Parvati. It was entertaining and their acting was on point 👍🏼 Unlike a certain someone we had to deal with 🤔
I think the best thing about this phase was that it was so fun. Not only that Parvati won every battle but that the villains became so comical that it was actually enjoyable to watch. There was still the usual OTT drama but bc Paro wasn't constantly losing or crying about majboori or whatever, it felt fresh and entertaining to watch. Plus the outfits can't believe EK splashed out for Manish Malhotra 🤣 but Sakshi pulled the look off so well.

Yeah that's the scene I'm talking about....love it. I think I have the ep somewhere on a USB...will have to dig it out though I don't know what the quality will be like.

I think EK loved/loves ST. She had her beef with Smriti and IDK about her relationship with Shweta T, but the fact that she's taken Sakshi in a number of shows proves she really rates her as an actor.
I read an article recently tho from Sakshi about how EK used to terrorise the cast when ratings slipped (from 21 to 20, lmao. Imagine having that problem today 🤣) and how once she called Sakshi up and was really annoyed at some scene she thought ST hadn't performed well, and Sakshi was like, shall we reshoot, and EK was all "no, let it go like this. Let them see what you did" 😕😡...she was apparently VERY hotheaded back then and has supposedly mellowed since...
Despite all that, I think EK really does love/respect Sakshi. And clearly vice versa, since Sakshi has worked with her since KGGK.

She loves ST and SI. They were in her first two major shows. She loves them and will always have a special bond with them. She had her issues with SI but she bought her back which she rarely ever does after a fight. Because we all know ekta and her ego 🤔 I saw that article I loved how she was so involved back then. And now anybody can put anything on air and call it a story and she doesn’t even check 🤔
