Vikram is at the end of this rope. When rani told him to go she indirectly confirmed what veer said - that she too is stuck in a marriage she doesn't want to be in. I can think of only 2 ways that veer will come back.

1. Devine intervention - car breaks down | Veer sees Kiara coming back to the village etc

2. Veer senses something bad is happening to Rani (like the time when he knew she was going to enter the room before she entered)

Hope its number 2.

Or the third option is he has some sort of realization as he remembers their memories. The last thing that Veer remembered as he sat in the car was when Rani said “he’s my husband, my sindoor, he will never do anything to hurt me”. So I’m hoping he just thinks things through. Sometimes the actual separation process can make you realize you can’t live without that person anymore. Him driving away and both them them bawling may make him reconsider what he truly wants.

I don’t want him to come back to save Rani. I want him to come back because he wants to be with Rani. And of course, when he comes back he might see the villagers misbehaving with her and he will get back into angry young man mode. And that angry young man mode is quite hot like I said before when it is to save Rani 😆

Ditto. He shouldn’t turn around as doctor or some savior. It should be purely husband mode — “I can’t leave my wife”. And bam, I might even forget his stupidity 😆
