See a relationship is like physiology . If we do random blood tests every one's complete blood profile shows some or other little deviations from normal in one or other parameters but is it enough for us to fall ill?? No. As long as it works , no one visits the doctor.
Adini relationship has many faults and flaws , which was evident since the beginning days, Kaun sa naya baat hai .. if it was actually perfect and solid, Aditya would've taken Malini into confidence as soon as returning from Pagdandiya after forced marriage, but he didn't . Also Malini didn't have the emotional maturity to handle the shock when he tried.

They also see from surface only. They're not out here on the look out for faults in Adini relationship.
They see basically, Adini are perfectly happy, Aditya is perfectly happy with Moon and Moon is his ideal life partner and Imlie is coming between them.
