In this video, Shiny talked in detail about her previous show too on why it got shelved. Her words clearly show that she was very happy with the show and was very sad when it got ended due to covid. She also mentioned that it got good ratings which is true. It was getting 1.0 TRP at 10pm slot on a lower reach channel. She mentioned that she don't know whether the channel did not wanted back the show or for some other reason. If what she thinks is true then it's mean and sick of the channel to shelve such a lovely show for crap content like Aye Mere Humsafar, Prem Bandhan, Ranju Ki Betiyaan and another upcoming Shashi-Sumeet show. They did injustice to the PH who gave them hit like Phir Laut Aayi Naagin which got then good ratings on channel and many viewers on You Tube and also Naagkanya which too had good ratings. Also they ran repeat telecast of their old NDTV Imagine daily soap such also gave them good ratings. It was not that hard to resume this show as in main story only 5 were permanent characters (out of which 3 except the leads could be replaced if needed) as other characters were anyways cameo who appeared in different stories along with the leads. It ran only for less than a month for 20 episodes though shoot for some further episodes were done which was not telecast. Both lead actors did extra efforts as they had to play different characters in stories every week along with their permanent real world characters. The male lead got a positive lead after 12 years after continuously playing negative leads and he was very happy with this show. Even Shiny was very happy with this show saying she got a chance to play different characters. And this is what they got on return with their show getting shelved. If this show continued it would have surely got more ratings and crossed 1.2 soon. People are still asking for the show on You Tube. If it's really the fault of the channel then they should remember the karma they can get for doing injustice with a good show which had viewers of all age groups. I am hoping against hope that this show returns with at least the same leads even if it takes a little more time. They should do justice to not just these both leads but viewers too who waited for the show for months.
If it's the only channel which did injustice to a good show for other useless shows or sone other channels too did? I did not expect this from a channel like Dangal. I wonder if Ekta is involved in it as there were news till October that show will return and in November we got to know it won't and at that same time Ekta's show was on its way. She has long rivalry with this PH. In the past, Swastik's show Razia Sultan ended abruptly because of her as she wanted it's time slot for her Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum show. It's not necessary that she has a hand in it but still we can't say as recently her Naagin 4 ended badly while this PHs had a better story with good ratings and not to forget she and them making their own versions of an old fantasy show remake. I hope if she is responsible then she gets her karma. Sorry for the big rant but this video brought back the good memories of the show and bad memories of it getting shelved.
PS: Shiny's previous show too opened at 1.0 and PS too opened at 1.0 but difference is that previous show channel's highest TRP standard is 1.2-1.4 while Star Plus's is 1.5-2.0 for late night slot.
Juhi imagine ke shows bahut acche in comparison with dangal original shows.....imagine ke shows 2008 me dangal ke 2021 ke compare me 10 guna jada ache they....no wonder dangal pe sirf imagine shows ko acchi trp mili compared to their original fictions
