I think it is just the broad pillars which are similar to the play.

Rest of the story is new. So I'd stop searching for parallels with the play all the time.

For past month or so due to twist , the show is interesting n i agree wt someone's observation That aastad = girish oak in natak. Like GO , he will teach shridhar apt lesson n improve radubais life.

So aastads wit to match shridhars cunningness!!

Yes, last 2 episodes again interesting. How Astad ( Sangraam) outwits Atya and now how he is getting close to Swati but she does not want to trust anyone now.

Aastad is doing such a good job. I like his work always but it is different this time.

Different from Saraswati and Anandi.

Yes i hv observed he has been getting shows one after another... thr could be struggling actors but he n swapnil joshi r always super busy ...they get lot of work

Actually , aastad was not acting post Anandi ending abruptly on Sony.

He was in singing star as a contestant.

He was not acting and posted on FB that he needs work. Then he got CASL.

He deserves better opportunities I think as he's really good in his work. Even in films he gets small supporting roles that also rarely.

Him n chandekar started together sort of in agnihotra but see the difference. One is still doing TV and small roles in films. But other one is a film star and gets lead in TV.
